A shared honour: our 2026 Sapphire Award

I’m incredibly honoured to have received the Link Financial Group Individual Insurance Adviser Award in the Sapphire category for 2025/2026, as Wright Way Insurance.

We had been operating as our own financial advice provider (FAP) for just six months when this recognition arrived. The award was due to be presented at the LFG Conference in Fiji. Although I wasn’t there to receive it in person, it still came as such a beautiful and meaningful surprise.

An honour we share

This recognition belongs to more than just me, or even our business. Firstly, the honour and glory belongs to God, whose grace and strength sustain us daily.

It also reflects the trust our clients place in us, the support of my David and, more recently, Nicola Wright-Patterson. I’m so grateful for each of you and the part you play in our story.

What the Sapphire Award recognises

The Sapphire Award recognises outstanding advisory volume, excellent practice quality and exceptional client outcomes. It is a meaningful acknowledgement of the work that goes into providing advice and caring for clients over the long term.
