• Quotes do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of coverage
• Final premiums and terms are determined by the insurance provider
• Coverage only becomes effective when the policy is issued and premiums are paid
• We cannot guarantee acceptance by any insurance provider

You are responsible for reviewing policy documents carefully and understanding the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of your coverage.

7. Financial Adviser Disclosure

Wright Way Insurance operates under New Zealand's Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and Financial Advisers Act 2008 (where applicable). We may receive commissions from insurance providers for policies placed. This does not affect the premiums you pay. Our priority is to find suitable insurance solutions for your needs.

8. Claims Assistance

While we assist with insurance claims, we:

• Act as your advocate in dealing with insurance providers
• Cannot guarantee claim approval or settlement amounts
• Are not responsible for claim decisions made by insurance providers
• Will provide support and guidance throughout the claims process

Final claim decisions are made by the insurance provider according to policy terms and conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Wright Way Insurance or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

This does not limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or breaches that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wright Way Insurance harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any law or rights of third parties
• Inaccurate or fraudulent information you provide
• Unauthorized use of our Service through your account

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wright Way Insurance regarding the use of our Service.
